Terms & Conditions agreement

This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of www.cg-ceramics.com and www.cgceramics.net. 

Throughout the remainder of this document, any mention of the "Site" refers to both www.cg-ceramics.com and www.cgceramics.net.

By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
 

Intellectual Property

This Site and all of its original content are the sole property of CGCERAMICS and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Termination

CGCERMICS reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice. 

Payment processing

CGCERAMICS is using Stripe via Squarespace to process credit cards and apple pay when a purchase is made through the Site. Custom orders will be invoiced and/or processed through Square or Venmo.

Shipping

USPS and FedEx are the shipping providers used to deliver CGCERAMICS orders. Once USPS or FedEx takes possession over the items you ordered, CGCERAMICS is no longer responsible for those items however if an item is damaged in transit to you, CGCERAMICS will work with you to file a claim to be reimbursed for damages and will communicate with you to initiate a replacement be created or a credit/refund be made to you. Tracking information will be provided to you when you order ships and may be tracked on the shipping providers' website.

The Site does contain a number of links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by CGCERAMICS.

CGCERAMICS has no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services. Therefore, we strongly advise you to read the entire terms and conditions and privacy policy of any site that you visit as a result of following a link that is posted on our site. 

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Kentucky, United States. 

In accordance with the state of Kentucky's sales and use tax guidelines, 6% sales tax will be charged to orders that will be delivered to addresses in Kentucky. Customer's who have orders shipped outside the state of Kentucky are responsible for remitting the applicable sales tax due for their purchase.

Changes to This Agreement 

CGCERAMICS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the CGCERAMICS site immediately.
